Whether you want to manage your pension entirely online, or you prefer to get your pension paperwork by post, you can choose the type of communication that’s right for you…
If you prefer to get paper copies of your communications, through the post you'll need to tell us.
You can do that by completing the form at the bottom of this page – please make sure you scroll down the form to fill in all the boxes.
You only need to complete this form once. It will apply for all of your periods of membership and any documents that are available as paper copies.
Getting your paperwork by post does not stop you from having an online account (myFund) and you will still be able to access your documents there, even if you get choose to get copies in the post as well.
If you’re happy to get your documents digitally, and not by post, then you don’t need to tell us. But you will need a myFund account to access them online.
Please use the links below to log in to your myFund account or register for one if you haven’t already.
Not all of our pension documents are available online yet, so you may still get some paperwork by post for now. However, we are hoping to move more online in future, and you’ll automatically get those digitally once available too.
If you don’t register for an online account, and don’t opt into paper, your personal documents will still be sent to you by post automatically.
However, some general items, such as newsletters and Summary Funding Statements (SFS), will only be available on the member website.
If you subsequently register for a myFund account you will automatically start getting your documents online, unless you then opt in to paper copies too (see details above).
Keep in mind that having a myFund online account is the easiest way to manage your pension and actively plan for retirement, so you could be missing out by not having one.
You can change your mind about how you want to hear about your pension by contacting us at any time. For example:
All you need to do is fill in the form below (please scroll down to make sure you fill in all the boxes).
Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 012 1117.
