The website will be undergoing maintenance between 6am and 7am on Saturday 21 March 2026 (GMT). You will be unable to log into your online account during these times. We will be carrying out additional maintenance between 5am and 1pm on Saturday 21 March 2026. During these times you will be able to log in and can still request estimates and other changes, but they won't be processed until the maintenance is complete and may take longer than usual to show on your account.

For extra security, we suggest using a unique password for your pension account, that's different to your other passwords.
Make sure you verify your email address
Once you’ve registered, go to your inbox and click the link to verify your email address and you will be ready to go.
If you forget your password, click ‘Having trouble logging in?’ and follow the steps to reset it.
If you get locked out of your account from entering the wrong password multiple times, you'll need to contact the helpline to get access to your account.
